SirsiDynix identified a malformed user record that caused indexing issues during our overnight process. They have resolved the issue and rebuilt the patron database. This process has resolved the user search issue.

SWAN has received an invoice from Chicago Public Library for Reciprocal Borrowing Losses. Member libraries who have patrons in this invoice will be debited in the October Quarterly Billing. In the meantime, libraries who wish to bill their users for these losses may do so using NS_RBILLX.
If you have one or more patrons on this invoice, an email will be sent to your XXX @notices.swanlibraries.net address with patron detail. None of the lists has many patrons; however, in the interest of security, each list will be password protected using the BCA reports password convention. If you are not sure what that is, your director can login to the SWAN Support Site > Logins and passwords page to find it.

Gale recently sent out a memo about updating your Gale links to https and to *gale.com rather than *galegroup.com. Athens is currently working in development on an issue with Gale on this change. Please do not update your links until we receive communication from Athens that these links will connect properly. In the memo, Gale stated that the links would redirect. Please allow those links to redirect until Athens has resolved the issues.

B&T Axis 360 downloadable materials in Enterprise are giving an error when users attempt to download. (Error! Function call made with one or more invalide parameters: "callback", "resultId", "format").
SirisDynix is aware of the issue and working with B&T to get it resolved. The titles are available to download through the eReadIllinois website.
