The National University of Health Sciences campus (including library) will be closed beginning at noon on Tuesday, December 17th and will reopen on Monday, January 13th.
Delivery services will be suspended during their winter break, with the last pickup occurring on Monday, December 16th.
Please be aware that any material requested from NUHS library will be delayed, with the first deliveries likely occurring on January 13th.

SWAN staff have tested and verified that all Hoopla services have been restored, including access via the Enterprise catalog. We've updated the Known Issue<https://support.swanlibraries.net/node/66995> to reflect this news.
Should patrons continue to experience issues, please ensure that their patron PIN is correct in their Hoopla account configuration. As noted in our announcement news post<https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2019-11/66944>, Hoopla has provided simplified guides (iOS<http://go.midwesttape.com/l/279222/2019-10-14/8z4rg/279222/141695/hoopl_pin…> | Android<http://go.midwesttape.com/l/279222/2019-10-14/8z4rd/279222/141693/hoopl_pin…> | Web<http://go.midwesttape.com/l/279222/2019-10-14/8z4rj/279222/141697/hoopl_pin…>) to walk them through the process of updating their PIN. If the patron does not know their PIN, they can reset it via the Enterprise "Forgot my PIN" function at the login screen, or library staff can reset it for them.
