Baker & Taylor outage -Library & SWAN services impacted

Libraries using Baker & Taylor services are experiencing an outage that appears to be similar to the one in August. We have a news post about this issue, and we will update the Known Issues on SWAN Support. This outage impacts Axis360, TitleSource, EDI ordering, as well as their entire support infrastructure. Possible indexing issues due to abnormal report processing

You may encounter record issues throughout the day until the next successful run of the ADUText report. We've reached out to SirsiDynix with hopes to mitigate some of the record issues as soon as possible. End of Year Clean-up: Fiscal Year & NCOA Prep
