Please see the linked Migration Memo #7, "SirsiDynix WorkFlows Installer 3.5 BETA", and route to your appropriate library and IT staff. This memo includes details for downloading and installing the beta version of SWAN's SirsiDynix WorkFlows client. Keep in mind that since this installer is still considered a "beta", installation is not yet mandatory for all library staff. This installation is optional for any library staff that wish to train and test the new system prior to go-live. If possible, we encourage all staff to give WorkFlows a try prior to the April go-live to complement their recent Mentor Online Training courses.

Logins and directions for using the WorkFlows application will be provided alongside a memo next week. We anticipate that these logins will be ready for use by Monday, February 9th.

I know many of you are patiently waiting for the Symphony test system. We promised it would be out in January, but due to a variety of reasons I won't get into, we delayed its deployment.
The good news is that we reached the step where we can clone the Symphony system we have been working on, and will create the system for you to practice in. We anticipate this will be ready next week.
