In order to facilitate configuration changes that will take place throughout the day, we are scheduling system restarts at 11 AM and 4 PM. At those times, all workstations will briefly lose their connections to Workflows. Each outage should be momentary-users may log back in after closing and reopening Workflows when prompted. Ideally, these will be the only restarts during operating hours today. However, if any critical issues are discovered, we may need to change the schedule. We will alert staff to any changes to this plan via SWANcom. In order to resolve an issue with editing PINs, we will need to briefly halt the system. All users logged in will briefly lose their connection. The downtime should last less than five minutes. We will send a notification when the system is restarted. Please be aware that we may need to perform additional maintenance throughout the day, and continue to monitor SWANcom. Migration Update: Offline Files Received, Processing Started

SWAN Libraries: We verified uploaded offline files have been received. The SirsiDynix staff have begun processing the offline data. Make sure to review Migration Memo #20 one last time: https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/migration-memos SWAN and SirsiDynix staff arrive 7AM Tuesday at Burr Ridge headquarters to evaluate situation and determine readiness for go-live on Symphony WorkFlows. Migration Update

To all library staff: The data load is largely complete. SWAN and SirsiDynix are working on resolving errors and finalizing configuration behind the scenes. Libraries have already started closing and upload offline data by logging into the production server. As your library closes, please remember to upload the offline files and report back using this form: https://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/OfflineReport/index.html Once SWAN has received all of the offline files, SirsiDynix will begin processing them. **REMINDER: Upload offline files today**

To all library staff: The data load is almost complete. All of the data has been loaded, and SirsiDynix is working on correcting expected errors and making some small adjustments. Today, SWAN and SirisDynix will finish configuration tasks, and do a backup of the system. **This evening, libraries will need to upload their offline files at closing. ** To upload offline files, each workstation that used offline mode will need to log into the Symphony production server. To so do, reopen WorkFlows and, on the configuration screen, uncheck the "Operate in Offline mode" box unchecked and verify that the server you are connecting to is at IP Address 10.120.131.25 or api.in.swanlibraries.net. Log in with your Workflows production logins (available to directors at https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/workflows-production-server-login…) Once logged in to Workflows, wait for a moment (our consultant suggests counting to ten), and then log out. This will need to be done on each computer that had any offline transactions.
