A quick update - it appears this issue should have only affected records modified or entered within the last day.
SirsiDynix has performed operations to temporarily resolve the issue, and tonight's maintenance reports should resolve it entirely.

SWAN Member Library Staff:
We're seeing one of the overnight maintenance reports last night completed unsuccessfully, which has led to "Keys not indexed" and "Heading not found" errors while searching items in WorkFlows this morning. We've already reached out to SirsiDynix support for assistance in the investigation and resolution of the issue. We believe items in Enterprise should be unaffected.
We'll send additional information via SWANcom as soon as it becomes available.

We will be conducting our annual patron purge on January 17, 2017. The purge will remove any patron that meets the following criteria:
* No checkouts or bills (including overdue fines)
* Expiration date of earlier than 01/01/2014 (expired 3 or more years)
OR
* No checkouts or bills (including overdue fines)
* Last Activity Date earlier than 01/01/2010 (no activity in 7 or more years)
In the attached reports you will find lists of your patrons that meet either the expiration date or Last Activity Date criteria but have bills. Please let us know by January 13, 2017 if you would like us to cancel bills for patrons who are under the $5.00 or $10.00 threshold.

SWAN Member Libraries,
We are pleased to announce that our current online vote regarding new libraries seeking SWAN membership has met the quorum of 52 libraries needed for this vote to be approved. Online voting will continue to be live through the end of Tuesday, January 31, 2017, and we encourage the entire membership to complete the vote and represent their library's interests.

SWAN's Board is meeting this Friday, January 13 at 1pm, for our monthly Board meeting. The vote will be discussed, as well as how to proceed with the project planning and next steps. SWAN's management team will also be meeting to begin project planning.
