Enterprise Maintenance Scheduled Tonight 10pm, Jan 20

SWAN Libraries: This maintenance at 10pm tonight on our hosted Enterprise was requested by SirsiDynix from the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Team. They indicated it was urgent. It will bring all of SWAN's Enterprise down for a period, perhaps an hour at the most. Everyone: We will be splitting up the patron purge to ensure the overnight processing reports run correctly. The purge, and your lists, will be complete by the end of the week. **Update** "Keys Not Indexed" "Heading Not Found" Errors (1/17)

SWAN Member Library Staff: A quick update - it appears this issue should have only affected records modified or entered within the last day. SirsiDynix has performed operations to temporarily resolve the issue, and tonight's maintenance reports should resolve it entirely. We've already reached out to SirsiDynix support for assistance in the investigation and resolution of the issue. We believe items in Enterprise should be unaffected. We'll send additional information via SWANcom as soon as it becomes available.
