MessageBee Notifications - April 26th SMS Rollout and May Training

On Wednesday, April 26th, SWAN will migrate SMS notifications to our new MessageBee platform. Notification wording will change, but patrons will continue to receive the same messages they are used to. We also scheduled comprehensive MessageBee platform training and invite all SWAN staff to attend. This training wil familiarize staff with the platform, reporting tools, and e-mail templates. These are scheduled for early May so staff will have time to examine and request changes to e-mail templates before we roll them out in late June. SWAN EBSCO group-purchase renewal finalized pricing

I have posted on the SWAN Support site an update on the EBSCO year-4 renewal pricing. The price for the 84 participating libraries after RAILS completed its negotiation with EBSCO and clarified our final total has a lower price than had been listed in February.
