Update: Checkout History Missing, Aspen update this evening

Good morning member libraries and thank you again for your patience as we work through these issues with checkout history in the Aspen catalog and app. This evening, Bywater staff will restore checkout histories from a backup and merge with recent checkouts. National Change of Address Processing Complete

SWAN Member Library Staff: As of yesterday, February 3, NCOA processing on patron records is complete. All updated addresses and geolocation data have been uploaded. Updating patron address information will once again trigger an update to the patron's Last Activity Date, a function that we disabled during this update. Of those, 31,349 were returned with address changes for a change rate of 3.4%.
