SWAN Board seeking candidates - nominate yourself!

Hello SWAN library directors & administrators- The SWAN Board is calling for representation from all member library directors/administrators for three at-large positions, with terms beginning on July 1, 2025. Partial restoration of missing checkout history in Aspen

Good morning member libraries, The partial restoration of missing checkout history in Aspen is complete. At this time, all titles that could be restored are in patrons' histories in My Account. As a reminder of this issue, some patrons had missing titles in the catalog impacting titles checked out between January 2025 and March 2025. This issue corresponded to the server outages we experienced during that period and was resolved with our move to our new hosting and support provider in March. While we worked to restore as much lost data as we could, this is a partial restoration - some patrons may still notice missing titles. SWAN Help Desk migration complete

You may encounter record issues throughout the day until the next successful run of the ADUText report. We've reached out to SirsiDynix with hopes to mitigate some of the record issues as soon as possible. SWAN Libraries + app updates

Good afternoon member libraries, Several over-the-air updates have been attempted for the app, but we're not seeing signs that the app is updating automatically. Patrons may still get an automatic update of their app over the next few days if they have automatic app updates enabled on their devices. At this time, we recommend communicating to patrons that they will need to manually update the app. SWAN will post a system message banner to the web catalog as well.
