Resolved: Aspen server upgrade and slowness issues

After working with ByWater Solutions, our hosting provider, throughout the day we are now seeing that the performance issues in our catalog are resolved and Symphony extracts are processing smoothly. Aspen server upgrade status 10/11/24

Good morning member libraries, The Aspen server upgrade is complete, but we are seeing issues with Aspen processing Symphony exports. Patrons can log in and place holds, but item statuses and changes to bibliographic records will not appear in the catalog until these issues are resolved. Reminder: Aspen downtime today, 10/10

You will see a system message banner in the catalog once the upgrade has begun and My Account features are no longer available. Cataloging Advisory meeting moved to October 31st
