SWAN FY26 Budget & membership fees approved

Aspen indexing issues

Aspen server migration and changes to hosting

Good morning member libraries, SWAN is making a change to our Aspen hosting and support, which necessitates a server migration planned for Tuesday March 25th- Wednesday March 26th. Some features in the catalog will be unavailable for staff and patrons during the migration. SWAN 3/6/25 Quarterly meeting - budget presentation & approval

Hello SWAN library directors & administrators- We have our first Quarterly membership meeting for 2025 next week at Oak Brook Public Library, Thursday, March 6th at 10:00 a.m. The approval of the SWAN budget will take place in person at the meeting, with a roll call vote for representative from each SWAN member library. We have the budget details in the meeting packet. Monthly Patron Record Purge Update
