Courtesy and First Overdue Notices

Thank you to the library staff who reported issues with patrons not receiving Courtesy and First Overdue notices. We found the cause in our Auto Renewal process and have since resolved it. **RESOLVED** Symphony Server Outage 9/15

SWAN Member Library Staff: This afternoon, we experienced a spike in our Production Server load average. This caused slowness, disconnects and general instability of the system. We have resolved this issue and Symphony is once again performing as expected. You may resume using WorkFlows at this time. Any offline transactions will be uploaded and processed overnight.
