On the Second Day of (insert your favorite holiday) ----SWAN elves gave to me [cid:image001.png@01D36F33.C46CB470] Whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, Festivus, the Winter Solstice, or none of the above - SWAN would like to share 12 days of "gifts" with you. SWAN recently made some changes to the list of payment types displayed in the Pay Bills Wizard dropdown in Workflows. The "CANCEL" payment type has been removed and been replaced with "VOID". In addition, the "xxxBCC" payment types were removed for those libraries that haven't had swipes installed yet. If you have need of a special payment type in your library, please contact Member Services by opening a help ticket at help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we will see what we can do. SWAN would like to begin our gift giving by sharing the Spring training schedule. These workshops are intended not only for the New19 libraries, but current SWAN libraries as well. Long In Transit Processing

++Please route to appropriate staff++ We are now ready to make good on our promise to clean up the Long In Transit items! Any item that was set in transit prior to January 1, 2017 is now checked out to MISSTRNSIT. We will use the following schedule to continue to process the long in transit items until everything that has been in transit for more than 30 days is checked out to MISSTRNSIT. Date Month/Year item was put in transit 12/4/17 January 2017 12/5/17 February 2017 12/6/17 March 2017 12/7/17 April 2017 12/8/17 May 2017 12/11/17 June 2017 12/12/17 July 2017 12/13/17 August 2017 12/14/17 September 2017 12/15/17 October 2017 Starting Monday December 18 a report will be run on a daily basis that will checkout any item in transit for more than 30 days to MISSTRNSIT. Once an item is in transit to fill a hold, no other item will fulfill the hold. Checking out items in transit for more than 30 day will put the hold back at the top of the hold queue. In January we will send you a final shelf check report of items that were set in transit prior to January 1, 2017. Those items will be discarded at the end of January.
