**RESOLVED** Symphony Server Outage 9/15

SWAN Member Library Staff: This afternoon, we experienced a spike in our Production Server load average. This caused slowness, disconnects and general instability of the system. We have resolved this issue and Symphony is once again performing as expected. You may resume using WorkFlows at this time. Any offline transactions will be uploaded and processed overnight. SWAN Membership Meeting 10/17 to Discuss Fees Committee Recommendation

SWAN Member Library Directors & Administrators, Last week at the SWAN Quarterly meeting we announced that the Fees Committee recommendation is now available for reading and online comment.
