Error in overnight item maintenance report - 7/27

SWAN Member Libraries: One of our overnight maintenance reports completed with errors last night. SirsiDynix staff is currently investigating. In the meantime, it's possible you may see error messages related to items. Particularly items that have been modified in the last day. If you encounter an error message within WorkFlows, please open a ticket with SWAN and include the item or record that had the error. These examples will be passed along to SirsiDynix staff to aid their resolution of this issue. Thank you for your patience. Generic patrons and Unique collections

Please route to appropriate staff. There has been an issue with generic users being selected for collection when we run the report for Unique. To correct this problem, please review your library's In-House cards, Training cards, etc. to be sure "NO_UNIQUE" is the "Library Defined" for all users who should be excluded from Collection Reports. To update these records: * Use the Display User wizard to retrieve the record and select Modify. * Under the Demographics tab, in the Library Defined category, choose "NO_UNIQUE" from the dropdown. * Click Save and close. It appears to be a widespread outage of the Syndetics servers. We’ll send an update as soon as additional information becomes available.
