SWAN 10/17 COW Membership Meeting Information and Packet Now Online

SWAN Member Library Directors & Administrators, Information for the meeting next week Tuesday, October 17th at Oak Lawn Public Library is now available online. September 2017 Circulation Statistics

Thanks to some eagle-eyed staff at our libraries we have discovered the Circulation Statistics posted on the SWAN support site do not include transactions from September 30th. Although our subscriptions were set to run late in the day on the first of the month it appears the harvest had not yet completed. We have changed our subscriptions to run late in the day on the second day of the month and encourage any members who have subscribed to statistics reports on their own to do the same. We will send out notice tomorrow when we post the updated reports to the SWAN support site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
