Consolidation of Address and Extended Info Fields in User Records-CANCELED

These changes will take place outside of library hours and there will be no impact on the membership. Monday you will see fewer fields in both the address and extended info tabs within patrons records. Below is a chart of the fields that are being removed and where any info that is in that field currently, will go. The most noticeable difference being the phone fields. There will now be 2 phone fields named, PHONE, and ALT PHONE. REMOVE from Extended Info Remove from Address Entered By (Move to Note Field) Company (Move to BUS/SCHOOL) Guardian (Move to Care/Of) School (Move to BUS/SCHOOL) License Home phone (migrate to PHONE, if PHONE is blank) Lost Item (moving to Note field) Work Phone (migrate to ALT PHONE) P_NO Cell Phone (migrate to ALT PHONE) PREV_ADDR RDG_LEVEL CREATE ALT PHONE RECEIPT (Move to Note Field) SEESUPER (move to Note Field) SSN Please send in a ticket to help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> if there are any questions.
