Everyone - Yesterday an announcement for the Election of SWAN Circ Advisory Committee members was sent out on SWANcom. Inadvertently, the SWANcom stated that Library Administrators should cast the ballot for this election. That statement was in error. As always, the Circulation Manager/Supervisor is the person we ask to cast the ballot for each library. The reason being that Circulation Managers are familiar with the various candidates and have worked with these individuals for years in most cases. For any Library Director that took the time yesterday to vote for the Committee we appreciate your time in participating in the process. If you have a Circulation Supervisor/ Manager, please ask them to cast a ballot. Once again sorry for the mistake. SWAN Circulation Advisory Committee Election Begins Today!

SWAN Members: Voting for the SWAN Circulation Advisory Committee opens today at noon, for the four At-Large positions and one Academic/Special position. The election will run October 6th through Friday, October 17th. The poll can now be found online at http://fs8.formsite.com/SWANServices/form167/index.html. Report server stats

The report server stats were all run, but on the report server, not the production machine. Some of you may have been lucky enough to get your reports yesterday, but today they are not there. I will run them all again on Monday on the correct server and they will be ready for pickup on Tuesday. I apologize for my error and any inconvenience to our member libraries. Monthly Statistics

++ Please route to appropriate personnel ++ Normally, SWAN staff would be working on the production of your monthly statistics today. However, SWAN staff are involved in SirsiDynix System Administration training for the rest of the week and through Wednesday of next week. Staff will work on statistics when they have a break in training, but in general you can expect your stats to be delayed. Hopefully, we can have them done by Tuesday morning. Feel free to log into the report server each day before then to see if your reports are done.
