Migration Memo #2: Outline of Training Plan

SWAN Memo on Maintenance Invoices for FY16

To Library Directors/Administrators: I have some good news for all SWAN libraries about the additional maintenance invoices. Starting in FY16 these invoices will no longer be sent to SWAN libraries, saving you money. Please read the attached memo for amount details you can use for budgeting. Quick background: the maintenance invoices were Innovative Interface costs libraries were billed for separately outside of the annual SWAN Membership Fees. With the new arrangement with SirsiDynix starting next fiscal year (SWAN is on the July 1 - June 30 fiscal calendar). If you have questions about the memo, please feel free to contact me.
