Good news, everyone – The long-running report concluded around 11:20 this morning, and so all normal morning reports are now running to catch up. This report is expected to run for several hours and will likely take us into the afternoon hours. That being the case, many of today’s reports will be delayed, but they will queue and run after the report has concluded. This includes patron notifications. We would advise staff to avoid scheduling non-critical reports today so that queued reports are able to catch up quickly following the conclusion of the running report. We thank you for your patience while this report runs and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We’ll send an update SWANcom shortly after the report concludes. Riverdale PL extended closure

*** Please route to appropriate personnel *** We have received notification from Riverdale PL that they are extending their closing dates. They intend to re-open the library on March 1, 2018. Their bookdrop is not accessible during the closing. In the interim: * Riverdale PL has requested that SWAN suspend all Riverdale patron holds with a pickup of Riverdale. * Riverdale PL patrons that have placed holds and requested pickup at another library have not been suspended. * All Riverdale PL materials are not holdable.
