SirsiDynix is reporting the issue has been resolved:
A patch resolving the issue with BLUEcloud Commerce swipe payments has been implemented.
We have confirmed payments are going through to ProPay and being paid in WorkFlows. Please
open a ticket in the Help

Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available"
message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks.
We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue. We will update

PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there
for bill payment until this issue is resolved.
