We will be performing scheduled database maintenance over the July 4th weekend. The maintenance window is scheduled to begin after libraries close on Friday, July 3rd and to extend through the following day. There may be a delay in the start of standard reports on Sunday, July 5th, but we do not anticipate downtime for library staff.
The Aspen online catalog will still be available, though My Account features may be briefly unavailable during maintenance . Online patron registration will also remain active during processing.
We will send an all-clear when processing is complete.

To get your library's links:

Download the workbook from the Electronic Databases<https://swanlibraries.net/documentation/95045> page, under Supplemental EBSCO databases
2.
Review the Instructions tab for guidance and information
3. Locate your library's individual tab to find your OpenAthens-configured links
Note: Links for FinancialFit, LibraryAware, and Learn with NoveList are not included in this workbook. Those will be provided separately by the EBSCO support team responsible for those products.
A small number of libraries are missing links in this workbook. A ticket is open with EBSCO to resolve this, and those links will be sent out as soon as they're available.

We have had several EDI reports stalling recently. We had another EDI report stall today. We were able to see the report today was stalled because it was not able to login to the Ingram server.
We have suspended all EDI File Retrieval and EDI File Transmission reports until we are able to resolve the issue.

We received a report that the link included in the Review Inactive Patron History List email was still pointing to the old BLUEcloud Analytics server. We re-ran the history list subscription for all libraries after SirsiDynix resolved the issue. We also re-ran the Monthly Snapshot reports due to the email delivery issues some libraries were experiencing. The emails for these reports went out Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11. Please open a ticket if you have not received the emails for the reports.
