Resolved: Issue with Hoopla in the catalog

The issue has been resolved, and Hoopla titles can once again be checked out from the library catalog and the SWAN+ app. My Account has also been synced with Hoopla and current, checked out titles are now appearing in the catalog. Issue with Hoopla in the catalog

Resolved: Intermittent Aspen log in issues

Good morning member libraries, The intermittent issues with logging in to Aspen that we experienced last week should be resolved. Our support vendor, Grove, implemented several measures to mitigate and block the DDoS attacks we were seeing. We've been monitoring the server and are no longer seeing issues.
