Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available" message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks. We have
opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue. We will update the
Known Issue on the SWAN Support Site as more information becomes available.
PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there for bill payment until this issue is resolved.
