SirsiDynix is reporting the issue has been resolved:

A patch resolving the issue with BLUEcloud Commerce swipe payments has been implemented.  

We have confirmed payments are going through to ProPay and being paid in WorkFlows. Please open a ticket in the Help Desk or send an email to help@swanlibraries.net if you continue to have any issues

Subject: [SWANcom] BLUEcloud Commerce Is Not Available

 

Libraries are reporting they receive a "BLUEcloud Commerce is not available" message after patrons swipe their credit cards at the ProPay swipes at circulation desks. We have opened a case with SirsiDynix to have them investigate this issue. We will update the Known Issue on the SWAN Support Site as more information becomes available.

PayPal bill payment on Aspen is not affected by this issue; you can direct patrons there for bill payment until this issue is resolved.
