Our Symphony Production server has been successfully upgraded to version 4.1. Overnight
maintenance reports have completed and library VPN connections have been reenabled.
Symphony/WorkFlows is now accessible.

Subject: [SWANcom] Reminder: Symphony 4.1 Upgrade Tonight! (7/17)
SWAN Member Library Staff:
Reminder: our Symphony Production server will be upgraded to version 4.1 this evening.
During the upgrade 'My Account' features, SIP2/WebServices, and other related
services will be unavailable.
Our upgrade is scheduled to begin shortly after 11PM and will conclude early morning
Thursday July, 18. While we do not anticipate the required use of Offline Mode or downtime
during business hours, please wait for the 'All Clear' SWANcom to arrive
tomorrow morning before accessing WorkFlows.
A new WorkFlows 4.1 client installer has been made available on the SWAN Support Site:
https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/64760. There is no imperative to install
the new WorkFlows client before the Symphony 4.1 server upgrade. Once your staff
workstations have been updated, please have your library submit the 4.1 Installation
Survey:
