Due to the extreme weather conditions, the RAILS Burr Ridge office was closed at 5:30am this morning. SWAN staff will not be available to answer any phone calls or respond to your email questions, however, please be aware of the following:
* Should an emergency arise, please phone the 630-734-5153 number and it will forward to our answering service who will answer as SWAN Member Services.
* Daily statistics have been compiled and sent via email.
* Please open a SWAN help desk ticket should you have a question that can be answered when our office has reopened.
RAILS delivery did not provide any service for the locations from Burr Ridge, Wheeling, and Bolingbrook.
