Known Issue: Transit Label Generator Producing Incomplete Labels 10/6/2021

SWAN Member Library Staff: Following the Web Services 6.2.1 upgrade on 10/6/2021,the Transit Label Generator<https://support.swanlibraries.net/help/transit-label-generator> tool is producing incomplete labels, missing critical delivery information. We've escalated this issue to SirsiDynix support and hope to have more information soon. Please use hand-written delivery labels until we can resolve the issue. The Web Services upgrade has concluded successfully and required less than one hour of downtime. If you encounter any issues with 3rd party tools integrated over Symphony Web Services, please let us know.
