SWAN Libraries - The South Holland Public Library will be open regular hours on Thursday, April 26th from 10 am 9 pm. Their elevator project was completed ahead of schedule.

April Quarterly Billing Available

----Please route to appropriate staff---- The April Quarterly Billing is complete and the invoices and checks will be mailed shortly from the RAILS Accounting Department. Documentation<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/BLUEcloud/BCA…> has been written to help guide member library staff through the Billing Summary sheet<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/BLUEcloud/042…> as well as the detail statement reports folder<http://na1-microstrategy.bc.sirsidynix.net/bcanalytics/asp/Main.aspx?evt=20…> accessible in BlueCloud Analytics Shared Reports. You will note that the January Billing does not include any credits or debits for Unpaid Lost library material. This is due to the August, 2017 Circ Policy<https://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/Circulation%2…> revision Section 4.g: "Reimbursement for non-returned lost materials will be 365 days after due date and processed on a quarterly basis." Which effectively postpones reimbursement for these types of lost items until October, 2018. If you do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net> and we will send you the Excel file. In addition, we will have a BCA login created for you and supply you with the documentation you need to access these files in the future. SWAN Libraries - The River Forest Public Library will be closed all day, Friday, April 27th for a staff training day.

SHS closed 4/25 & 4/26

SWAN Libraries - The South Holland Public Library will be closed this upcoming Wednesday & Thursday (April 25 & 26) as parts for their new elevator will arrive on these two days and crews will be on site to assemble them. They plan to reopen on Friday, April 27th at 10:00 a.m.

Broadview Public Library District closed Thursday 4/26 and Friday 4/27

The Broadview Public Library District will need to be closed on Thursday, 4/26/18 and Friday, 4/27/18 for renovation-related projects. They plan on being open normal business hours, on Saturday 4/28/18.
