Issue with Clean Holds Shelf & Bounce Emails on 12/20

SWAN Member Libraries and Circulation Staff: Clean Holds Shelf and Bounce Email notifications were not sent to the library aliased email addresses (aaa(a)notices.swanlibraries.net) this morning due to an issue with the SWAN volume email service. The issue has since been resolved and Clean Holds Shelf reports are being sent manually now. We've regenerated and sent the bounce notifications as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and do not expect further disruptions today or through the holiday. Longoverdue Processing of RB/ILL Items

We have compiled shelf check reports for all RB/ILL items that have been reimbursed; one is sorted by owning library, the other by patron library. You can find the RB/ILL Long Overdue Item Clean-up<https://support.swanlibraries.net/documentation/66527> reports, along with the instructions to process them, on the SWAN Support Site.
