New Libraries Membership Vote Passes Quorum to Approve 19 Libraries Joining SWAN

SWAN Member Libraries, We are pleased to announce that our current online vote regarding new libraries seeking SWAN membership has met the quorum of 52 libraries needed for this vote to be approved. Online voting will continue to be live through the end of Tuesday, January 31, 2017, and we encourage the entire membership to complete the vote and represent their library's interests. To see whether your library has voted yet or not, please view the bar graph of the Live Tally of Libraries That Voted, which is posted online: https://support.swanlibraries.net/news/2017-01-04/libraries-voted-tally SWAN's Board is meeting this Friday, January 13 at 1pm, for our monthly Board meeting. The vote will be discussed, as well as how to proceed with the project planning and next steps. SWAN's management team will also be meeting to begin project planning. SWAN Member Library Staff: We're expecting a very brief planned outage this evening at 11pm to hopefully regain stability with the Enterprise OPAC. SirsiDynix Support will be overseeing the outage, and expect it should last no longer than a few minutes.
