UPDATE: Annual Patron Purge

Everyone: We will be splitting up the patron purge to ensure the overnight processing reports run correctly. The purge, and your lists, will be complete by the end of the week. Yesterday's reminder email contained a typo for the help desk email address; the correct address to open a ticket for a list of your purged patrons is help(a)swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>. Please let us know by January 13, 2017 if you would like us to cancel bills for patrons who are under the $5.00 or $10.00 threshold. If you have any questions regarding the purge please feel free to contact us. **Update** "Keys Not Indexed" "Heading Not Found" Errors (1/17)

SWAN Member Library Staff: A quick update - it appears this issue should have only affected records modified or entered within the last day. SirsiDynix has performed operations to temporarily resolve the issue, and tonight's maintenance reports should resolve it entirely. SWAN Member Library Staff: We're seeing one of the overnight maintenance reports last night completed unsuccessfully, which has led to "Keys not indexed" and "Heading not found" errors while searching items in WorkFlows this morning. We've already reached out to SirsiDynix support for assistance in the investigation and resolution of the issue. We believe items in Enterprise should be unaffected. We'll send additional information via SWANcom as soon as it becomes available.
