*Important* "Heading Keys Need to be Indexed First" error message

SWAN Member Library and Cataloging Staff: We have received reports of library staff receiving the "Heading Keys Need to be Indexed First" error message in several situations including when attempting to add items or display pre-cats that were created yesterday. This appears to be related to the earlier issue of one of our critical system maintenance reports unexpectedly running long last night. We are working with SirsiDynix to resolve the issue. Until further notice, it is advised not to enter new pre-cats as existing pre-cats may not be displayed and this might create duplicate records. You may also encounter difficulty adding items to bibliographic records. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. The maintenance report has completed successfully, and we've unsuspended Symphony WorkFlows logins. All services have been restored and should be operating as expected. Until this report completes successfully, we have suspended Symphony WorkFlows logins to our production server to prevent any data corruption.
