SWAN Memo on Maintenance Invoices for FY16

To Library Directors/Administrators: I have some good news for all SWAN libraries about the additional maintenance invoices. Starting in FY16 these invoices will no longer be sent to SWAN libraries, saving you money. Please read the attached memo for amount details you can use for budgeting. Quick background: the maintenance invoices were Innovative Interface costs libraries were billed for separately outside of the annual SWAN Membership Fees. With the new arrangement with SirsiDynix starting next fiscal year (SWAN is on the July 1 - June 30 fiscal calendar). If you have questions about the memo, please feel free to contact me. Swan Circ Advisory Committee Election results

Everyone- Voting is now closed and I am pleased to announce the newly elected members of the SWAN Circ Advisory Committee. They are four At-Large members: Mary Moss (EPS), Jessica Nawrocki (FRS), Roberta Richter (LPS), and Brittany Smith (WMS) . And Tori Tracy from Prairie State College was re-elected to fill the Academic/Special library seat. It was a very close race and everyone is to be congratulated. The next meeting of the Committee will be Wednesday, November 19th. Everyone is welcome to attend.
