To Library Directors/Administrators: I have some good news for all SWAN libraries about the additional maintenance invoices. Starting in FY16 these invoices will no longer be sent to SWAN libraries, saving you money. Please read the attached memo for amount details you can use for budgeting. Quick background: the maintenance invoices were Innovative Interface costs libraries were billed for separately outside of the annual SWAN Membership Fees.
