It was brought to our attention that there are times when an item that is on your Clean
Hold Shelf Report cannot be found on the hold shelf. To ensure that these items are
accounted for and not showing a location of InTransit when they are missing, follow the
attached procedure. Please note that you should only check an item out to this user
MISSHLDSHLF if it was on your Clean Hold Shelf report, and you have looked for the item
thoroughly and checked with the patron to ensure he/she doesn't not have it in their
possession.
