shortly from the RAILS Accounting Department.

available to advise libraries what to do with these reports.
Debits and credits for longoverde RB/ILL items have not been included in the Quarterly
Billing since the August, 2017, revision to the Circulation Policy changed the
reimbursement to 365 days after due date. The Custom Longoverdue Report (CLR) was not able
to process these items until a cleanup of the patron database was completed. This cleanup
was necessary to ensure the bills created by the CLR "belong" to the
patron's library. The cleanup was not completed in time for the October, 2018,
Quarterly Billing which means your current billing contains six months' worth of
debits/credits instead of three.
Please wait until you receive your statement before making payments or requesting a
credit.
