SWAN Libraries-
As we head into migration weekend, we want to provide a succinct recap of offline:
* Most importantly:
* Offline for current SWAN libraries is Monday, April 30
* Offline for New 19 libraries is Saturday, April 28 through Tuesday, May 1
* During this time, Symphony will be down, and you will operate in Offline Circ mode
* Use our Patron Lookup
Tool<https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/patron-lookup> to search patrons
during this time
* Some Enterprise functions will be unavailable during this time (see below)
* BLUEcloud Analytics harvests will be suspended until May 2, so be aware that your
statistics for this weekend will be incorrect until the harvests catch up
* We will send the "all-clear" via SWANcom
The list of services available/unavailable in Enterprise are as follows
Available:
* Search catalog
* Search eRC - eBooks from Overdrive, Baker & Tayler, etc.
* Use services that rely on authentication (e.g. PC reservations, event
authentication)
Unavailable:
* Place holds
* Update personal information
* Make bill payments
* Renew items
* My Account will not reflect offline checkouts
