SWAN Libraries—

As we head into migration weekend, we want to provide a succinct recap of offline:

• Most importantly:
  • Offline for current SWAN libraries is Monday, April 30
  • Offline for New 19 libraries is Saturday, April 28 through Tuesday, May 1
• During this time, Symphony will be down, and you will operate in Offline Circ mode
• Use our Patron Lookup Tool to search patrons during this time
• Some Enterprise functions will be unavailable during this time (see below)
• BLUEcloud Analytics harvests will be suspended until May 2, so be aware that your statistics for this weekend will be incorrect until the harvests catch up
• We will send the "all-clear" via SWANcom

The list of services available/unavailable in Enterprise are as follows

Available:

• Search catalog
• Search eRC – eBooks from Overdrive, Baker & Tayler, etc.
• Use services that rely on authentication (e.g. PC reservations, event authentication)

Unavailable:

• Place holds
• Update personal information
• Make bill payments
• Renew items
• My Account will not reflect offline checkouts
