Subject: [SWANcom] Long-Running Overnight Maintenance Report
SWAN Member Library Staff:
We’re currently monitoring a long-running overnight maintenance report, ADUText, which is
creating delays to the morning report schedule. As ADUText and the subsequent overnight
maintenance reports continue processing, you may encounter several errors:
* “Heading keys need to be indexed” when accessing an item record
* Item records are unsearchable by title (but can be accessed by Standard Number)
* Various general indexing errors when accessing or attempting to catalog item
records
Records should continue to be searchable in Aspen and any WorkFlows errors should resolve
once overnight processing concludes. And
We apologize for these delays and will send an update as soon as the reports conclude.
