SWAN Member Library Staff:
Overdue notice reports that will run on Tuesday, February 7th are configured to enact a
minor "clean-up" effort to bill a small number of patrons that have had
materials over 42 days past due but have not yet been billed. Only users that should have
already been billed automatically for assumed-lost-items will be impacted. Please be
aware that some of your users may see a bill notice after the report is run tomorrow.
Following the clean-up, we will continue to carefully monitor our billing reports to
ensure the process remains uninterrupted.
