Libraries using Baker & Taylor services are experiencing an outage that appears to be
similar to the one in August. We have a news post about this issue, and we will update the
Known Issues on SWAN Support. This outage impacts Axis360, TitleSource, EDI ordering, as
well as their entire support infrastructure.

We will send out a SWANcom once the Baker & Taylor services have been reinstated.
There is no announcement yet from Baker & Taylor about restoration of their services.
