While an hour is being set aside, RAILS has informed us that the actual migration between the networks should only take between 5-15 minutes, as everything has been preconfigured and tested. The following SWAN services will be impacted during the outage: - Symphony Server * All WorkFlows access (cataloging, circulation, etc) * SIP2 3rd Party Vendor Integration (databases, electronic media) * SIP2 Hardware/Software Integration (AMH, self-check, PC reservation, print release) - Enterprise * My Account Features * Commerce * Item Availability - SWAN Support Site - SWAN Ticket Site (OTRS) - SWAN MailMan Service (SWANcom) - Bookmyne - MobileCirc Again, this outage is planned from 7:30am and 8:30am, but if all goes to plan, it should last no longer than 15 minutes. In the event that the outage should extend beyond the anticipated timeframe considerably, we'll issue a notice via MailChimp to notify the membership.
