Clean Hold Shelf Routing Issue

SWAN Member Library Circulation Staff, Soon after our 2015 migration we encountered a bug where items on the Clean Hold Shelf report had no holds but were being routed to HOLDS at checkin. After extensive investigation alongside SirsiDynix we have determined that an immediate fix is not yet available, but SirsiDynix will continue to investigate. We will update the Known Issue log if, and when, there are any developments. *Resolved* WorkFlows Outage on 4/9 - Please login / resume services online

SWAN Member Library Staff - The Symphony WorkFlows server is back online and all services are again accessible. The issue was caused by a brief hardware outage in the Azure environment. When the issue occurred, automated failover services worked to redeploy our system to another stable environment, where we're now operating. We'll keep an eye on the system throughout the night and report any further issues if anything comes up. Thank you for your patience as we worked to investigate the issue. Dolton Re-opening & Open House

The following thank you and invitation is from Allyson Withers, Library Director, Dolton Public Library District - I would like to personally thank all of our 'sister-libraries' who have assisted the Dolton Public Library District patrons during our library interior renovation project. The library will be having a Grand Re-Opening for the public and community on Saturday, March 30th, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Hopefully, many we be able to come and view the new interior. Although, library staff will be setting up items and getting acclimated and transitioning to the new library, it will not officially be open for business until Monday, April 8th, 2019. Again, I would like to thank all my colleagues for their assistance and patience during this period. Congratulations on the reopening Allyson, Dolton Public Library District staff, and the community.
