Please join us this Thursday (5/13) at 11:00AM via GoToMeeting for an Introduction to the SWAN Notice Dialer<https://librarylearning.org/event/2021-05-13/introduction-swan-notice-dialer>. This new notice dialer system will soon replace the SVA dialer that has been serving hold pickup and overdue notices to SWAN patrons with a PHONE notice preference.
If you're unable to attend, we plan on recording and sharing the session on the SWAN Support site. We'll also be posting updated details and documentation for the dialer on the support site in the upcoming days.

The e-ballot for this year's SWAN Board election has been sent directly to those designated to vote in this year's election. The email will have a unique login and passcode for voting.

The ballot will remain open until May 31st. We encourage you to review your email from the myDirectVote system and make sure you can access the ballot. SWAN does not have the login and passcode information, but I can help you get to the support team at the myDirectVote vendor.

If you are a new library director, administrator, or holding an interim position through the end of May, please refer to the Library Learning (L2) site to update your library's staff listing.
