Good news, everyone –
The long-running report concluded around 11:20 this morning, and so all normal morning reports are now running to catch up. We should be back on the regular Sunday schedule within just a few hours.
Thanks again for your patience.

Long-Running Overnight Report, Reports Delayed on Sunday 2/4
02/04/2018 - 10:04 - by Steven Schlewitt
SWAN Member Library Staff:
We’re currently experiencing a long-running overnight report, “Reset Item Counters,” relating to a project to reset item statistics counters. This report is expected to run for several hours and will likely take us into the afternoon hours. That being the case, many of today’s reports will be delayed, but they will queue and run after the report has concluded. This includes patron notifications.
We would advise staff to avoid scheduling non-critical reports today so that queued reports are able to catch up quickly following the conclusion of the running report.
We thank you for your patience while this report runs and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We’ll send an update SWANcom shortly after the report concludes.
Thank you,
