The North Lake Public Library has had major HVAC system failure, which has caused significant building damage and an electrical outage.
They will be closed today 1/12, tomorrow 1/13, and possibly more days this week. We will update pending further information.

We're concluding our Listening Tour with two final dates and locations to discuss Enterprise concerns and best practices, and share what we've learned since our go-live date in 2015.
SWAN Executive Director Aaron Skog and Library Relations Specialist Susan Ricker invite SWAN-member library staff to join us at either of the two final sessions to cover the following agenda:

- A look at what's to come and next steps
- Open Q&A on Enterprise functions and best practices
