SWAN Libraries-
We have been notified that the Berwyn Public Library has been without phone service or email since
approx. 9:30am Monday. However their internet/SWAN connection is not affected
by this outage. They do not yet have an estimated fix time. We will keep you updated on their status.

SWAN Member Libraries & Technology Staff:
Please see the linked memo "Network Changes Memo #6: 3rd Party Vendor Access", and route to your appropriate library and IT staff. This memo is SWAN's list of 3rd party vendors that require a connection to the ILS to read data for a variety of services such as self-checkout systems, e-readers, and mobile apps. Most of these vendors have already been contacted by SWAN staff regarding the network migration. If you do not see one of your vendors listed, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can follow-up with the vendor directly.

If you have any questions/comments about the transition, or if we missed your vendor, please submit a ticket to the SWANTech Queue of the SWAN ticket system or contact the SWAN Help Desk directly at 630-734-5153.
As always, thank you for your cooperation and patience during the transition process.
This email has been sent to the SWANcom and SWANTech email lists, so please excuse any cross posting.
Regards,
