SWAN Member Library Staff:
We're currently experiencing an outage of the SWAN Support Site
(
support.swanlibraries.net) and the SWAN OTRS Ticketing system. Since these sites are
hosted on RAILS servers, we've reached out to RAILS to perform additional
investigation. We hope to have the issue resolved shortly.
If you've submitted tickets to
help@swanlibraries.net<mailto:help@swanlibraries.net>, these tickets will remain in
queue until the sites are restored. If you need immediate assistance, however, we can
always be reached at our support number, 844-SWANLIB.
