Good morning member libraries,
Our Aspen server migration is Tuesday, March 25th. This migration will not impact access
to WorkFlows or e-resources.
* March 24th: SWAN will post system message banners to the catalog and app in the
afternoon for patrons.
* March 25th: The Aspen catalog will go into maintenance mode at 4PM. WorkFlows is not
affected.
* Catalog search will be available
* My account functions and current item statuses will not be available
* March 26th: We will go live on our new server; patrons using the app will need to
update their app and re-login.
We are hoping we can trigger an automatic app update for patrons when they open the app,
but we don't have confirmation this is possible. SWAN will also post a message on the
"old" version of the app to prompt users to update.
