SWAN Member Libraries & IT Staff:
Just a quick reminder - tomorrow at 10am, SWAN IT Staff will be hosting the Network
Migration Open Forum Event online via Fuze Meeting. We'll be using this forum as an
opportunity to establish key dates, communicate our new IP addresses, and answer any
outstanding questions you might have regarding the migration. For more information, please
see the link to the Network Migration Memo #7 below.
We hope you'll join us in the online discussion!

Subject: Network Changes Memo #7: Network Migration Open Forum Event
SWAN Member Libraries & Information Technology Staff:
Please see the linked memo "Network Changes Memo #7: Network Migration Open
Forum", and route to your appropriate library and IT staff. This memo provides
details about our upcoming presentation and discussion event pertaining to the SWAN
Network Migration. The event will be held online only, but will be a great opportunity for
libraries to voice their questions and concerns about the final stages of the project. We
hope that you and your IT staff will be able to join us, but if not, we're hoping to
have the recorded discussion posted online shortly after.
