SWAN Member Libraries:
We’re currently experiencing a high load average on the Symphony WorkFlows server, causing
many clients to disconnect. If you’ve been disconnected from WorkFlows, please proceed in
Offline mode for limited circulation functions until we’re able to troubleshoot the issue
further.
This outage will also impact SIP2 and Web Services integrated services, which includes
Enterprise My Account features and item availability.
We’ll send additional information as soon as it becomes available.
