Good morning member libraries,
The partial restoration of missing checkout history in Aspen is complete. At this time,
all titles that could be restored are in patrons' histories in My Account.
As a reminder of this issue, some patrons had missing titles in the catalog impacting
titles checked out between January 2025 and March 2025. This issue corresponded to the
server outages we experienced during that period and was resolved with our move to our new
hosting and support provider in March.
While we worked to restore as much lost data as we could, this is a partial restoration -
some patrons may still notice missing titles. If you work with patrons who have missing
titles, they can manually add titles to their
